Great-horned Owl adult

The Great-horned Owl adult seems to have a favorite tree, a very bushy ash tree not far off the trail. Now that I know what tree to look in, I see this adult often in this same tree. If you didn't know where to look, it would seem very unlikely one would see this quiet predator unless the crows stop by to make a racket.
